He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lewis Smith; his siblings, Virginia Faye Pearson and Mitchell Smith; his sisters-in-law, Carol Tipton (Manford) and Sandra Dargavell; and his great-nephew Cory Roark. He is also survived by other great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
