He is survived by: his sons, Charles Lee Tipton and Richmond Kevin Drew Tipton; his grandchildren, Charles Tipton, III, Crystal Dean and James Tipton; and his great grandchild Sebastian Dean. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
