With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Oliver (Richmond, Kentucky), who passed away on May 28, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Oliver; her parents, Jay Applegate and Lorraine Sowder Pearson; and her siblings, Terry, Scott Applegate and Sandy Hager.

She is survived by: her son Robert Oliver (Tracy) of Yalaha, FL; her close friend Luke Witt; and her siblings, Bobby Applegate of Richmond, KY and Gail Browne of Virginia.

In Lieu of flowers the family request donations to the American Cancer Society.
