It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chelsea Nicole Richardson (Richmond, Kentucky), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Neva Davis Richardson; her son Justin Anthony G. Richardson; her fiancé Eric Lee Hughes; her grandfather Lester Richardson; and her aunts, Connie Vice (Tim) and Kim Tate (Tom). She is also survived by several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
