She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wesley "C. W." and Mary Humes Harvey; her spouse Dallas Ray Hutchens; and her siblings, Charles, Alonzo Harvey, Beulah May Harvey, Elsie Harvey and Virginia Damrell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Hiatt (Russell) of Waco, Jeana Kelley (Jeff) of Richmond, Dalvonne Burns (Tony) of Louisville and Lawanda Barger of Richmond; her siblings, Delbert Harvey (Glo) and Glenna Wilson (Jerry); her sister-in-law Ellen Harvey; and her grandchildren, Dillon Hutchens (Laura), James Hutchens (Asia), Marie Lamb, Angel Deckert, Gregory Kelley, Tyler Kelley (Amanda), Kaylee Burns, Trevor Burns, Dakota Barger and Brandon Gallagher. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
