She is survived by: her husband Michael Neal; her children, Randall Ray Butler (Charle) of Versailles, Greg Allen Butler of Danville and Denise Renee Butler (Cheri) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Charles, Emily, Jenna, Blake, Julia and Chelsey Butler; and her sister Gail Baker.
