He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sue Hinkle Stamper; his children, Shawn Stamper (Tina), Tommy Abee, Peggy Durham (Owen) of Richmond and Teresa Abee of Richmond; his brothers, Dewey Stamper (Lorraine), Londus Stamper (Pat), Jimmy Stamper and Virgil Stamper (Eleanor); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Stamper and Danny Kelly; and his grandchildren, Christian Stamper, Zack Stamper, Ray Edwards, Bridget Stone (James), Joshua Durham, Adrianah Durham, Earl Abee (Emily), Jessie Abee, Chelsey Irvin (Shawn), Billy Lear (Jennifer), Douglas Rhodus (Amber), Lee Rhodus (Samantha) and Rodney Stamper. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
