She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Bouchal and Elfrieda Gill Bouchal; and her husband Jerry Benes. She is survived by: her children, Zdenek Novotny (Iva), Jaroslava B. Wells (Earl), Simona Benes, Ludmila Dallenbach (Bill), Jaroslav Benes (Zuzana) and Milan Cerny (Bridget); her grandchildren, Tomas Chaloupka, Katka Chaloupka, Risa Novotny, Zaneta Novotny, Stephanie Haydon, Kriti Johnson, Shawn Drake, Sierra Duncan, Elishka Duncan, Michael Graham, Sonia Heady, Martin Holubova and Kathren Cerny; her great grandchildren, Sofie Novotna, Kyrstin Newsome, Kyra Newsome, Harlie Rose, Gabbriella Johnson, G. William Johnson, Donovan Graham, Skylar Graham, Misa Holu, Martin Houl, Logan Heady and Cloe Heady; and her siblings, Jana Suobodova, Vera Kezlinkova, Petr Lokvence, Hana Jerabkova, Maria Slezokova, Lida Bouchal, Guy Schuenemann and Petr Kaufman.
