It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Hess Stiltner of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Freeburn, Kentucky, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hess and Liza Childress Hess; her husband Virgil "Buster" Stiltner; her brothers, Arthur "Bill" Hess and Jack Hess; and her great grandchild Jessica White.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela White (Terry) of Richmond; her siblings, Lowell Lee Hess of Abington, VA and June Belcher of Mouthcard, KY; her grandchildren, Michael White and Heather Waller (Eric); her great grandchildren, Calvin Waller and Clayton Waller; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Hess of Mouthcard, KY and June Hess of St. Johns Isle, SC..
