He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Webb and Julia Elizabeth "Eva" Cain Webb; and his siblings, Wayne Donald Webb and Sue Carolyn Whaley. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Smith Webb; his children, Kimberly Scott (Greg) and Bradley Dean Webb (Erika); his grandchildren, Jonathan Tyler Scott, Brett Ashton Scott, Henry Dean Webb and Julia Claire Webb; and his sister-in-law Nancy Webb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
