Powell of Richmond, KY.; her brother Harold L. Halfhill; her sister-in-law Sonya S Halfhill (Rooks) of Paducah, KY.; and her nephews, Alec Tyler and Hunter Ashton Halfhill of Paducah, KY.. She is also survived by mom and cherished by many of her friends.
