He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Townsend and Phyllis Ann Raines Townsend. He is survived by: his siblings, Freddie Townsend (Paula) of Irvine, Kentucky, Angela Moore (Harold) of Irvine and Teresa Raines of Richmond, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Cody, Destiny Collins, Casey and Kaitlyn Moore; and his great-nephews, Malachi Estes and Landon Collins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
