Jack W. Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack W. Lewis (Richmond, Kentucky), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lewis; and his son Jeff Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Lewis (Jessica) and Jackie Hale (Joe). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several brothers & sisters; as well as extended family and friends.

Due to COVID-19 mandates, private family services will be conducted, with burial in the Pilot Knob Cemetery.
