He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ingram Short; his son Jesse Roger Short (Judy); his stepson Greg Rose (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jessica Rose, Chris Short (Elizabeth), Brett Short and Eric Short; his great grandchildren, Laken Runnels (Ben), Tyler Short (Brittany), Logan Short and Grayson Jobe; his son-in-law Harlen "Pooch" Minton; and his niece Tammy Lyons.
