He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Jackson and Kathleen Ponder Howell; and his sister Donna Sue Tate. He is survived by: his wife Deborah June Hall "Debbie" Howell; his son Justin Morgan Howell of Richmond, Kentucky; his niece Kim Tate Steffrich; and his nephew Robbie Tate.
