It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Napier of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Panel and Gertrude Hogan Napier; his wife Tammy; his siblings, Kenneth Leroy Napier, Chester Clay Napier, Gerald Napier and Carolyn Elizabeth Napier; his siblings-in-law, Debra and Clayton; and his nephews, Jamie and Brandon.
He is survived by: his children, DeAngel Napier (Wesley) and John Taylor Napier; and his siblings, James Panel Napier, Jr. (Dedra), Donald Ray Napier, Ronald Napier (Teresa), Phyllis Spencer of Beattyville, Kentucky and Ida Coomer of Beattyville, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
