He is survived by: his father James Scott Tevis; his son Damien Shears; his sisters, Kayla Kwarciany (Jonathan) of Berea and Jenna Broughton of Richmond; his grandmother Patricia Cain of Richmond; his nieces, Melanie and Addison Kwarciany of Berea; and also Tabatha Burns of Richmond. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are being accepted for final expenses.
