He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Corbin and Patricia Ann Lovely Horn; and his pet Fluffy. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lainhart Horn; his daughters, Patricia Thornton (Larry Hodge), Hillary Horn (Joey Baker) and Kayla Proctor (Aaron); his grandchildren, Andrew Horn, Johnathan Horn of David, Thornton, Jr. and Maverick Thornton; his siblings, Howard Horn (Juanita Cummins), Patrick Horn (Annie), Karen Elizabeth "Libby" Harris (Donald), Donna Horn and Virginia "Ginny" Cruse (Dewayne); and his pet Scooter. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
