He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Lynch (Mike) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Dakota Gabbard of Lexington and Dreama Barrett (Hargis) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his great grandchild Rayden Asher Brown Barrett of Georgetown; and his siblings, Judy Cundiff (Bobby), Frances Coomer and James Edward Norman of Beattyville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
