He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Prewitt and Lossie Broaddus Prewitt; and his brother Lloyd Gene Prewitt. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou; his daughter Kenna Lou Prewitt Middleton; and his grandsons, Kenneth Jerrod Middleton (Hannah) of Vero Beach and Richard Jesse Middleton of Richmond. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
