She is survived by: her husband Robert Wesley Stephens; her children, Lauren Halley (Ben) of Berea, KY, Alexis Mosier (Sam) of Glasgow, KY and Andrew Stephens of Richmond, KY; her siblings, Jimmy Cox Jr. (Jennifer) of Paint Lick, KY, Gina Dixon (Doug) of Richmond, KY, Lisa Fields (Brian) of Nicholasville, KY, April Barnett (Nick) of Central City, KY and Laura Taylor (Jason) of Joplin, MO; and her grandchildren, Kendall Halley, Lincoln Halley, Ella Halley and Landon Mosier. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
