He is survived by: his children, Michael Durham Jr. of Richmond, KY, Travis Durham of Indiana and Melissa Lear of Richmond, KY; his siblings, Charles Durham of Moorland, KY, Larry Durham of Moorland, KY, Roger Durham of Georgia, Tammy Floyd of Danville, KY, Kim Gaskin of Danville, KY and Cathy Preston of Lancaster, KY; and his close friend Leslie Coleman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
