It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Downey (Richmond, Kentucky), who passed away on January 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edgar and Mary Parkey Day; and her siblings, William Day, Nell Caldwell, Ruth Hodges, James Edgar Day and Robert Moss Day.
She is survived by: her son James William Ramsey; her husband William Boyd Ramsey; her daughters, Jeanna Taylor (Robert) and Mary Ellen Broaddus (Wayne) of Richmond; her daughter-in-law Wanda Ramsey of Richmond; her grandchildren, ReJeanna Patterson (Michael), April Pergrem, Brian Ramsey (Stephanie) and Eric Taylor (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Conner Patterson, Madison, Hunter, Ryder Pergrem, Alexandria, Victoria, Catherine Ramsey, Caiden and Colton Taylor (Johnetta Crouch).
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing will be observed.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Community Christian Church at PO Box 1990 Richmond, Kentucky or Hospice Care at 350 Isaacs Lane Richmond, Kentucky.
