He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley DeLaney and Myrtle Marie Asberry DeLaney; his grandparents, Cordelia DeLaney of Crab Orchard, KY, James and Bertha Asberry of Lancaster, KY; and his stepson Corey Scharbrough.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette Pemberton (Dustin); his siblings, Eric Delaney (Michelle Poynter), Mark Delaney (Amanda Burns), Randall Delaney (Amy Wiley), Donna Lawless, Sherry Helton, Lisa Delaney and Sandi Delaney (Dawn Brown Delaney); and also Cynthia Farmer.
Due to new Covid-19 restrictions a private family service will be held at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.
