We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2021, at the age of 92, Rachel Tipton Lewis of Richmond, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Tipton and Winifred Cobb Tipton; her husband John L. Lewis; and her son Jim Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Penny Lewis Whitson (Bruce); her granddaughter April Whitson Spellman (Brandon); her great grandchild Grady Lewis Spellman; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hayden and Avery Spellman; and her daughter-in-law Omma H. Lewis.
