He was predeceased by: his aunt Janet Tolley Smith; his uncle Robert "Bob" Pearl Tolley; and his cousin Penny Sue Tolley. He is survived by: his parents, Billy Ray Tolley and Linda Prewitt Dever; his sons, Robert Earl Tolley Jr. of Stanford and Christopher Davis Tolley of Stanford; his sisters, Marcia Tolley of Richmond, Connie Everett (Steve) of Forest and Carma Becker (Fred) of Hamilton; his half-sister Ruth Ann Davis of Hamilton; his aunt Nannie Metcalf Tolley of Richmond; his cousin Jennifer E. Tolley; his granddaughter Gracie Jones-Caudill; and also, Peggy Sue Kelley of Richmond, Daniel Donnelly, Travis and Olivia Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Out of concern for our community during this pandemic, the family will be holding a memorial service at a later undetermined date.
