He is survived by: his mother Lillian Pauline Peyton Wells of Mt. Sterling, KY; his daughter Stacy Dawn Wells (Mike Durbin) of Richmond, KY; his sisters, Phyllis Stephens (Charlie) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Linda Herald (Gary) of Jackson, KY; and his grandchildren, Cody Shane of Mt. Sterling, KY, Joshua Taylor of Lexington, KY, Mikah Elizabeth Faye of Richmond, Ava Caroline of Richmond, KY and Harper Bess of Richmond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
