He was predeceased by: his parents, Printus "Monk" and Barb Jean O'Mara Spillman; and his siblings, Deward "Butch" Spillman, Susan Spillman and Mary Durham.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Welch Spillman; his children, Jordan David Spillman (Kathy Lynn) of Berea, Justin Tyler Spillman (Hannah Leigh) of Berea and Ashley Beth Durham (Dane Seth) of Berea; his grandchildren, Kalin Spillman, Brayden Spillman and Kasey Spillman; and his siblings, Bill Spillman of Lexington, Mike Spillman (Kay) of Ohio, Kathy Ross (Brian) of Rockcastle County, Denise Johnson (Carter) of Paint Lick, Samantha Vanover (Shannon) of Berea and Vonda Spillman.
