She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Rhodus and Crissie Rector Rhodus; and her siblings, Walter Rhodus and Addie Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Bill "Tuffy" Rowe; her daughter Karen Czor (Lee); her granddaughter Chelsea Durbin (Jonathan); and her sisters, Kay Weston and Nannie Reid. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
