She is survived by: her children, Felina "Donna" Rhorer, William Rhorer, Delbert Rhorer, Randy Rhorer and T. J. Hoover; and her siblings, Billy Foster, Lula Forbes and Loretta Powell. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.
