He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil McMullin and Sallie Holland McMullin Marcum; his son Kevin Virgil McMullin; and his sisters, Ruth Tracy and Kathleen Milender.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Willoughby McMullin; his granddaughter Abbygail Elizabeth McMullin; his sisters, Tabitha Evans, Mary Lois Kearns (Donnie) and Paula Mauck; and his nephews, Harold Rome Ray, David Mauck, Brian Mauck, Marty Evans, Tracy Starnes, Mark Starnes, Danny Noland, Vince Willoughby, Bobby Willoughby, Joey Willoughby of David Willoughby, H. D, Prewitt and David Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the charity of one's choice.
