It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Jay Hicks of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Martha Isaacs Hicks; his children, Thomas Jay "TJ" Hicks (Crystal) and Samantha Hicks; and his siblings, Gary Hicks (Carol), Virginia Smith (Phillip) and Judy Hicks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
