He is survived by: his sons, James Allen Huggins, Timothy Huggins and Alan Rose (Alisha); and his siblings, Robert Craft, Raymond Craft, Kenneth Huggins, Pamela Blevins, Patricia Abner and Sandra Jones. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
