He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. O'Donnell, Jr. and Elizabeth Burton Cox O'Donnell. He is survived by: his cousins, James Macklin Cox (Sharon) and Teresa Cox Epps (Robert); and his nieces, Hallie Epps and Danielle Epps.
