She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Collett and Laura Napier Collett; and her siblings, Vernon, Wiley, Carl Collett, Della Napier, Fern Hall, Nell Collett and Molly Roark.
She is survived by: her husband Elias Collett; her daughter Patty Vance (Steve) of Roark, KY.; her siblings, Fred Collett of Roark, Ernest Collett of Roark, Bobby Collett (Linda) of Springboro, Emily Collett (Marcus) of Roark and Donna Collett (Donald) of Roark; her grandchildren, Derrick Howard (Natasha) of Beverly, KY., Erik Young (Hannah) of London and Zeb Vance of New York; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Howard, Christopher Howard and Andrew Howard. She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
