He is survived by : his wife Patricia Lanham; his children, William Allen of Robards, KY, Joshua Lanham of Robards, KY and Jamie Eastwood of Sebree, KY; his siblings, Dallas Lanham of Owensboro, KY, Tim Lanham of Providence, KY, Steve Lanham of Morganfield, KY and Rhonda Brown of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Hunter Ray Allen, Joseph Levi Allen, Cade William Allen and Bentley Todd Eastwood.
