He is survived by : his wife Kathie; his sons, Kevin M. Littlepage and Harold G. Pullum, Jr. (Lindsay); and his siblings, David Pullum of Plymouth, OH, Arthur Pullum, Jr. (Pat) of Hawesville, KY, Elizabeth Gafford of Henderson, KY and Bonnie Carmen of Henderson, KY.
