He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson Bowling; his sons, Kevin Bowling (Tonya) of Pikeville and David Bowling (Angie) of Smyrna, TN; and his grandchildren, Kennedi Charles (Drew), Karli Bowling, Emma Bowling and Eric Bowling. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
