He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Peace Hambrick. He is survived by: his father William Hambrick; his wife Mary Hambrick of Rockholds, KY; his sons, T. J. Hambrick of Rockholds, KY and Anthony Wayne Hambrick, Jr. (Chelsea) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandsons, Mason Eli Hambrick and William Hambrick of Rockholds, KY; and his siblings, Billie Neighbors of Greensboro, NC and Robert Hambrick of Rockholds, KY.
