He is survived by: his wife Lillie Hurley of Rockholds, KY; his children, Susan McCall of Williamsburg, KY, Regina Faulkner (John) of Rockholds, KY and John Hurley Jr. of Rockholds, KY; and his grandchildren, Samantha Faulkner, Zackary Faulkner and Lillie Faulkner.
