Owens and Nell Ratliff Owens; his children, Gary Owens, Jr (Melissa) of Catlettsburg, Pam Davis (Paul) of Catlettsburg and Susan Madden (David) of Lloyd; his sisters, Wilma Rehmel (Terry) of Rush, Sandra Jackson Ellis (Bobby) of Rush and Carole Owens of Rush; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Keith), Kyle Madden (Candace), Kayla Williams (Graydan), Jamie Helton and Tanner Owens. He was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
