He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Mullins and Myrtle Creech Mullins; his siblings, George Mullins, Frankie Pease, Phyllis Staywick, Virginia Walters, Viola Moore, Leitha Poulas and Elta Payne; his son-in-law Bill Sexton Harry; his wife Eunice Evelyn Stringer Mullins of Rush; his children, Connie Barnett (Tim) of Ashland, Jerry Mullins (Mina) of Sterling Hgts, MI, Marsha Dallaire (Tom) of Clarkston, MI, Dexter Mullins (Sandy) of Crosby, TX, Carole Sexton of Rush and Richard Mullins (Sheri) of Catlettsburg; his sisters, Montana Hyser of Florida and Margaret Holton of Flatwoods; and his grandchildren, Mike Barnett, Kelly Murphy, Richard Dallaire, Nicholas Dallaire, Stephanie Stephens, Abbey Mullins, Felicia Forrest, Cathy Watkins, Mariah Mullins and Kayla Mullins. He was also cherished by 16 great grandchildren 1 great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and good friends.
