He was predeceased by: his grandfather William Robert "Obe" Lucas; his great-grandparents, Garland, Lillie Fannin, Luke and Edna Stapleton; and his uncle Sam Lucas.
He is survived by: his parents, Tim Lucas and Lisa Stapleton Lucas of Rush; his grandparents, Mary Fannin Lucas of Rush, Leroy and Patty Stapleton of Ashland; his uncle Dan Lucas (Cindy); his aunts, Phyllis Runyon (Jeff), Annette Lucas and Lana Dillon; and his close friends, Brandon Fraley, Ryan Kitchen, Tyler Irick, Jacob Brainard, Junior Camacho, Erica Lewis and Eric Burton.
