She is survived by: her children, Steven Ross Holbrook (Phoebe) of Catlettsburg, KY, Baron Dean Holbrook (Sabrina) of Rush, KY and Kathryn Louise Smith (David) of Rush, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
