She was predeceased by: her spouse Grafton Smith; her parents, Otha Blair and Vada Blair; and her siblings, Richard Blair, Hobert Blair, Paul Blair, Alma Smith, Lois Smyth, Velma Robertson, Noba Bottom and Wilma Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay McCulloch (Buddy) of Jeffersonville, IN and Gina Thornton (Brian) of Russell Springs; her grandchildren, Brian Stinson, Katina Robertson and Kayla Thornton; and her great grandchildren, Seth Robertson, Rylea Stinson and Brooks Robertson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
