We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2022, at the age of 88, Dallas Green Owens of Russell Springs, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Milford Owens and Lucy Cook Owens; his wife Irene Fern Coffey Owens; his children, Alan Owens and Mary Martha Owens Noel; his step-son William Coffey; his siblings, Elvis Owens, Kenneth Owens, Frances Shepherd, Flonnie Short and Flossie Knight; and his granddaughter Destiny Turner.

He is survived by : his step-daughter Louise Turner of Russell Springs; his siblings, Calvin Owens (Regina) of Russell Springs, Fern Ritchie of North Vernon, Molly Bolin of Columbus and Fredia Owens of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Loretta McClure (Don) of Campbellsville, James Noel, Jr. (Jamie) of North Vernon, Jason Noel (Erica) of North Vernon, Sara "Nikki" Hall (Jason) of Bowling Green, Rachel Turner of Texas, Coy Turner, II of Scottsville, Justin Turner of Jamestown and Colt Wilson of Russell Springs; his great grandchildren, Alison Spencer (Ethen) of Campbellsville, Jade McClure (Zach) of Nashville, Devin Noel of Arizona, Jordan Noel of Arizona, Celeste Noel of North Vernon, Dereck Noel of North Vernon, Dylan Noel of North Vernon and Ethan Wilson of Russell Springs; and his great great grandchildren, Griffin Green Spencer and Lexi Rae Spencer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
