It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Reese of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oda Franklin and Velna Chumbley Oakes. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Reese of Russell Springs; her son Kenvie Reese (Jennifer) of Somerset; her grandson Mason Reese; her close friend Fannie Shaw; and also, Katlyn Ison and Ernest Bishop. She is also survived by one brother; and five sisters.
