He was predeceased by: his parents, Arno Withers and Marie Sneed Withers; and his brother Roger Dale Withers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Shepard Withers; his daughters, Jennifer Bennett (Richard) of Jamestown and Dessa Morgan (Robbie) of Russell Springs; his sisters, Shirley Withers of Russell Springs, Judy Withers of Russell Springs and Clara Withers of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Jalen Bennett (Brittany), Justin Withers (Maddie), Connor Withers, Chase Morgan, Jax Morgan and Maci Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Briar Tate Withers, Hudson Bennett, Alex Bennett and Aubree Bennett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
