She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Coffey and Jack O. Nichols. She is survived by: her daughter Rachael Strunk (Russell) of Somerset, KY.; and her grandchildren, Jett, Jackson Miller and Jaclyn Strunk.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel (202 N Main St, Jamestown, KY 42629). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
