She was predeceased by : her parents, Jewell Stratton and Rubie Phenie Stratton (Harper); her husband Bobby Utley; and her siblings, Wallace Stratton, Ronnie Stratton and Mirtlean Joines.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Utley of Lewisburg, Gary Utley of Russellville, J. G. Utley (Faith) of Philpot, Beverly Houk (Brian) of Franklin, Annette Whitley (Randy) of Russellville and Tammy Thurston (Michael Brouwer) of Auburn. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
